Account Related

How can I create an account?

You can create an account by entering your phone number, first & last name, email ID, and setting up a password.

How can I change my password?

Go to forgot password under “Login with Email ID & Password”, enter your registered email ID/ username and you will get a mail redirecting you to reset your password.

How do I update my information?

It is easy to update your Whey Nation account and view your orders any time through ‘My Account’. Manage/edit your personal data like address, phone numbers, email ids (cannot change login mail id), track the status of your orders, etc.

Login using OTP not working, what should I do?

You have three options to login:-

  • Login with OTP (SMS Based)
  • Login with Email & Password
  • Login with OTP (EMAIL Based)

By default, all three must work unless any server maintenance occurs. If, by any chance, one of the options fails, try login in using other options.

What are the payment options?

You can pay for your order via, debit card, credit card, UPI, net banking, wallets, and pay later/ pay in installments options.

Currently, Cash-on-delivery is not available.

Is Cash-On-Delivery (COD) Available?

Currently, we do not offer Cash-On-Delivery (COD).

What are the payment gateways used for transactions?

We currently use the following payment gateways for checkout:-

  2. Razorpay secure checkout.

Orders shall only be processed after successful payment.

I tried placing my order using my debit card/credit card/Net Banking but the order was not successful. What happens to the money deducted from the card?

Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure that your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within seven business days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we, unfortunately, will not be able to expedite this. Please check with your bank for more details.

If your bank informs you otherwise please get back to us. If the money has been credited to our account we would initiate a refund within 3 days of your request. Receipt of the refund would however depend on the mode of payment mode chosen by you.

The expected timelines are as below:

  • Net Banking 2-4 business days
  • Debit Card 5-7 business days
  • Credit Card 7-21 business days

*Please Note :- Payments done using gateways shall be refunded after deducting the payment gateway charges and/ TDR charges if any. Refer Refund policy for further information.

What should I do if my payment fails?

In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring: Information passed on to the payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking) Your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process.

If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 7 business days.

How do you ship your orders?

We ship our products using any of the following courier/parcel/logistics services:-

Do you ship to international locations?

We currently ship only within India and do not ship to any international location.

How long does it take for an order to be delivered?

Inside Kerala, we deliver your products within 2-5 business days post dispatch. For the rest of the cities, we deliver between 3 -7 business days. Delivery by ground takes a little longer than air couriers. Ground-shipped orders are delivered to you between 5-7 business days or longer post-dispatch. Deliveries to very remote locations such as North East may take up to 7 business days or longer, depending on the location's geographical constraints.

How long do you take to dispatch an order?

We strive to dispatch your order as soon as possible probably within a day or two (business days). All the statuses will be updated on the "Orders" page. At all steps of your order processing, we are in constant touch with you over the phone, email, and WhatsApp to keep you updated.

How can I track my order?

As soon as we ship your order, you will get a confirmation message to your registered phone number or email ID from the delivery partner or us. You can get the Tracking Number and delivery partner details from your 'My Orders' section once the product gets shipped.

Alternatively, you can track your order via the 'Track Order' tab located in the 'Header / Main Menu' by providing your Order ID/No & Email ID.

Please Note:- Online tracking usually goes live within 24-48 business hours post shipping.

What are the shipping charges on WheyNation?

  • Kerala :

Shipping inside Kerala is free provided the minimum order value is INR 999.

  • Jammu and Kashmir | Ladakh | Andaman & Nicobar

No Shipping to Jammu and Kashmir is available as of now. We will update you soon.

  • Rest of India including Lakshadweep

Weight (Per Kg) starts from INR 99 and above.

The shipping charges may apply to a product's weight and volume. The charges will also vary depending on the quantity of a product. All the charges will be mentioned on the product checkout page.

For example: 1 quantity of a product (weight less than or equal to 1kg) may carry 100 rupees as shipping charges (may vary as per courier partner and speed) and purchasing an additional quantity (weight less than or equal to 1kg) of the same product may carry additional shipping charges of 100 rupees (i.e. total shipping charges= 200 rupees, total weight less than or equal to 2kg).

Shipping charges displayed on the cart are fixed and final.

Cancellations & Modifications

Cancellation Policy on WheyNation / How do I cancel my order?

If the order or the item(s) in your order are not shipped or dispatched, cancellation is possible by contacting our support team within 24 hours. To cancel your order, you will have to contact us via email or WhatsApp. After successful cancellation, you will see the status in "My Orders" as canceled.

Once canceled, for prepaid orders, the order amount (after payment gateway charges deductions | TDR charges deductions)* will be refunded back to your bank account within 2-5 business days, or as per your respective bank timelines. Can I modify the shipping address of my order after placing it?

Shipping modification is only possible before the dispatch/shipping process is completed.

If there's any change in location/region, the shipping charge will change and the customer will pay the extra charges if any.

Returns & Refunds

What is the general return policy on WheyNation.com?

7 Days Return Policy* Conditions Apply

You can order at ease on WheyNation.com, we ensure you a cool and calm mental state. You can return all the purchased products/items within 7 days of delivery of goods.

Conditions

  • Product once opened or used will be ineligible for return.
  • The product should be unused with all the tags on, seal intact, boxes, freebies, and other packaging.
  • Please check other conditions for Eligibility for Returns under Return Policy.

Eligibility for Returns?

Consumable Products with only Seal Intact / Original form are eligible for Returns. Seal Opened Products will not be accepted as returns. Products are not applicable for returns in case of issues related to rashes, stomach upset, headache, flavor like/dislike, flavor difference, mixability, or dizziness. Please consult your doctor, dietitian, or fitness trainer before consuming any product as the product results may vary from body to body.

The following shall NOT be eligible for return or replacement:

  • Damages due to misuse of the product
  • Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
  • Any consumable item which has been used or installed
  • Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers
  • Stock Clearance products
  • Combos sold won't be taken back/returned as individual units
  • Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.

Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.

Some special rules for promotional offers may override "WheyNation.com" 7 Day Returns Policy" like stock clearance products.

How can I avail refund?

Your refund after TDR | Payment Gateway deductions will be processed within 7 working days of successful cancellation of the order.
